REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
Major Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Chief of Party for the USAID-funded Asia's Linear Infrastructure safeGuarding Nature (ALIGN) Project, the Regional Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that support the project. This position will serve as the primary liaison between project teams and all project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor' or master' degree in Mass Communications, Development Communications, or a related field with at least five years of work experience in conceptualizing, developing, implementing, and managing communications strategies is required.
- The Regional Communications Specialist must have strong IT skills including Microsoft Office programs and design software such as Photoshop.
- The ideal candidate for this position should have a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team.
- The incumbent should be able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines across different Lime zones.
- Must be able to travel frequently to the field, including difficult terrain. Experience with USAID-funded projects is an advantage.
