Key Responsibilities: The Programs Portfolio Advisor (Education) is accountable to lead the design and write up of technically sound new (education) pr grams and concepts/proposals; to develop coherent Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) portfolio framework; to provide strategic quality oversight on (education) programs portfolio; and to lead sector programs' external engagement with government, donors, peer local/INGOs, and other stakeholders (research, university, think-thank, professional associations, etc) in order to promote evidence of World Vision's child-focused (education) programs impact; to engage in (education) policy formulation or implementation, and to create new funding opportunities for (education) programs. |

20% travelling to field office or project remote locations is required. |
