We are looking for potential Nepalese candidates to fill out the following positions:

Chief of Party- USAID/Nepal's Equity and Inclusion in Education Grant (One)- based in National Office, Lalitpur

Key Responsibilities:

The Chief of Party (CoP) will have overall responsibility for coordination and leadership of all the activities and staffs for the anticipated five-year USAID/Nepal's Equity and Inclusion in Education Project ensuring quality, timeliness, and efficiency of all activities. The CoP will be responsible for technical and administrative leadership and overall oversight of the project management and execution in line with donor compliance. S/he will serve as the principal institutional liaison to the donor, World Vision, and to the concerned governmental and non-governmental stakeholders in Nepal. This position requires 30% travel in World Vision International Nepal's working areas.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience required:

Master's degree in education, especially with a focus on early learning/early literacy, inclusive education, or equivalent experience in program management. Minimum I 0 years relevant experience leading in large education projects, with at least five (5) years USAID grant management experience.

2. Monitoring Evaluation Accountability Learning (MEAL) Manager- USAID/Nepal's Equity and Inclusion in Education Grant (One)- based in National Office, Lalitpur

Key Responsibilities:

The MEAL Manager will have overall responsibility for providing coordination and leadership for monitoring, evaluation, and learning, for the anticipated five-year USAID/Nepal's Equity and Inclusion in Education Project.

S/he will be responsible for design and implementation of MEAL frameworks, robust system, and process that will fulfill the requirement of WVI Nepal and donor and also develop a mechanism to ensure the quality of the program. This position requires 30% travel in WVI Nepal's working areas.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience required:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Information Systems, or Development related field. Familiarity with USAID's Collaborating, Learning, and Adaption (CLA) approach. Minimum Seven (7) years relevant experience, with at least five (5) years USAID grant experience.
