The overall goal in Nepal is to work hand in hand with civil society in Nepal to empower socially marginalized and economically poor citizens to reinforce their resilience and to ensure their right to adequate food and nutrition.
WHH announces applications from Nepali nationals for the position of Head of Programmes/ Compliance and Regulations Advisor based at Kathmandu. An ideal candidate should have a postgraduate degree in Agriculture or Nutrition or an equivalent degree related to the position with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in a similar position with an INGO.

The position is to be filled from June 1, 2022, with an initial contract duration of two years. There are very good prospects for an extension. The employment location will be Kathmandu, Nepal. As Head of Programmes you will support the Country Director in the development, implementation and monitoring of the multiannual country strategy while ensuring adherence to Welthungerhilfe’s quality standards.
