Vyas Municipality, City Executive Office, Damauli, Tanahun, Gandaki Province, Nepal invites applications for Medical Officer, HA, Nurse, AHW, ANM, and Assistant on contract service.
Since the necessary posts for various health institutions located in Beyas municipality have to be filled in the service contract; It is requested that within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, interested Nepali citizens who have qualified must submit the application form to this office along with the details as per the request and the receipt of payment of the tax to the revenue sub-branch of the municipal office.
1) Minimum Qualification Required:
a) Medical Officer: MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized educational institution
b) Health Assistant: Passed Proficiency Certificate Level General Medicine from a recognized educational institution.
c) Staff Nurse: Passed Proficiency Certificate Level in Nursing from a recognized educational institution.
d) AHW: Passed AHW from a recognized educational institution.
e) ANM: Passed ANM from a recognized educational institution.
f) Office Assistant: 10th class passed.
g) Not disqualified by other prevailing laws.
2) In the case of a medical officer, at least 21 years and not exceeding 45 years and in case of other posts, 18 years and not exceeding 40 years,
3) Place of Application: Beyas Municipality Office, Damauli, Tanahoon.
4) Last date for submission of application: 2079-10-3 within office hours.
5) Type of selection: written, interview, and educational qualification, (Vyas Municipality contract staff management related procedure, 2076 with revision) will be. . ,
6) Documents attached with the application: Photocopies of the following documents attested by the applicant himself:
- Nepali citizenship,
- Certificate of minimum educational qualification,
- Character certificate,
- Certificate of registration and renewal in the concerned Council and Council.

2) The application form for the said post can also be obtained from the Municipality office or the Municipality website www.vyasmun.gov.np.
3) Objective questions worth 10 marks will be asked in the written examination. In the case of the course, it will be paid if the Public Service Commission approves it.
