Vyas Municipality, Municipal Executive Office, Damauli, Tanahun, Gandaki Province, Nepal Notice regarding posting of employees on service contracts
Since the posts of Tapsil Bmauzim required for Vyas municipality have to be filled in the service contract; This notification has been published for eligible Nepalese citizens to submit the application form with the required details within 7 days from the date of publication of this notification.
Agricultural Graduate Technician - 1 (One)
Office Helper - 1 (One)
Returnee Volunteer - 1 (One)
Minimum Qualification Required:
i) Agricultural Graduate Technician: Must have passed graduation level in Agricultural Science from a recognized university or educational institution:
ii) Office Helper must have passed Travaramut Level Class 8 from a recognized educational institution
iii) Retiree: At least 1-year working experience in GCC and Malaysia with 10 years of experience from a recognized professional institution.
iv) Age: - At least 21 years for Agricultural Technician and not exceeding 35 years and not exceeding 40 years for women and disabled candidates, For returnees and office helpers, they should be 18 years old and not exceeding 35 years and in case of women not exceeding 40 years.
v) Not disqualified by any other prevailing law.
2) Place of Application - Vyas Municipal Office, Damauli, Tanahun for the post of Agricultural Graduate Technician and Returnee. 14 No. for the post of Office Assistant. Ward Office Keshavatar, Tanahun.
3) Application deadline: 2079-5-13 within office hours
4) Application Fee: - Agricultural Graduate Technician Rs.1,000 and Returnee Volunteers Rs.500 (to be submitted to Municipal Revenue Sub-branch)
Office Helper Rs.500 (to be paid at Ward Office No. 14)
5) Type of Selection: - Agricultural Graduate Technician: It will be as per Section 4 of "Local Level Agricultural Graduate Technical Operation Procedure, 2079". Interview for Office Helper and Returnee Volunteer Posts will be conducted as per "Vyas Municipality Contract Staff Management Procedure, 2076".
6) Documents enclosed with the application: Photocopies of the following documents attested by the applicant himself
- Nepalese citizenship,
- Certificate of Minimum Education Qualification,
- character certificate,
- A copy of the equivalent if required
- An original copy of the receipt of revenue
- At least 1 year work experience abroad and a copy of passport (only for returnee volunteer post)
7) Service Facility:- For Agriculture Graduate technical post, there will be "Local Level Agriculture Graduate Technical Operation Procedure, 2079". The office will be as prescribed by the municipality for the post of Helper. For the returnee post, SaMi will be as per the program rules.
