We are looking for an experienced Head of Programs to initiate, operate, manage and develop all the projects and programs. Such a person will be responsible for giving the proper strategic direction and implementing a high-quality vision. The Head of Programs will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program. The goal is to ensure every program delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization.

Basic Qualification Requirements:
- Project Management, overseeing the implementation of projects that span across multiple regions.
- Business Development, handling inbound leads and working with local and international teams.
- Program management support, coordinating team meetings and performance reviews.
- Program Operations support, contributing to the development of tools and best practices for the programs team.
- Backstop management gaps in all regions with distance support
Key Performance indicators:
- The number of listeners and engagements on multiple projects.
- Value of secured partnerships with USG and International partners.
- Execution and invoicing of multi-project deliverables according to the contract and work plan.
