1. Branch Managers (Sr. Officer/Officer/Jr. Officer): Few
Required Competencies:
- Having exposure in areas of credit and business development
- At least 3 years of working experience in Banking & Financial Institutions.
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent. (Preferably Master Degree)
2. Relationship Officers (Jr. Officer/Sr. Assistant/ Assistant) - Few
Required Competencies:
- Having exposure in areas of credit and business development
- At Least 2 years of experience in Bank and Financial Institution.
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent.
4. Assistant Level (Sr. Assistant/Assistant/Jr. Assistant): Few
Required Competencies:
- At Least 1 year of experience in any Bank and Financial institution.
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent.
4. Trainee Assistant - Few
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent
Eligible criteria for all positions:
- Ability to work independently with the flexibility of time and working condition.
- Well-versed and fluent in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
- Competent in MS Office package.
- Expected to be having positive attitude, smart personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The position shall be determined as per the candidate's work experience and qualification.
- Age should not exceed 35 years for assistant level and 40 years for officer level.
