The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Center for Communication Programs (JHU-CCP) specializes in developing and implementing social and behavior change communication (SBCC) programs that improve health outcomes around the world.
The JHU-CCP Breakthrough Action (BA) Nepal Project will jointly work with the Ministry of Health and Population's National Health Education Information Communication Center (NHEICC), Family Health Division (FHD), Child Health Division (CHD) and sub-national bodies, key stakeholders with support of USAID to strengthen the Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) system to address maternal, newborn child health, adolescent health, nutrition and family planning needs of vulnerable women and households in Nepal through the use of strategic communication.
BA Nepal Project is currently in the process of updating its consultant roster and therefore, requests an application from qualified Nepalese individuals to work as short term or long term, part-time or full-time consultants in the following areas as and when required/
- Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL).
- Editing and translation services (English and Nepali)
- Project activities Documentation

Interested consultants are requested to send a cover letter clearly indicating expertise area. Updated CV with proposed consultancy daily rates and 2 references by June 29, 2018, Friday at noon (Nepal Time) by email addressed to the Chief of Party - BA Nepal Project at [email protected]
The short-listed prospective consultants will be later requested to submit three samples of their previous work.
