- At least Bachelor's degree in any social science subjects with Heath Education and gender studies, at least 5 years work experience in the sector of child protection, GBV and Health promotion particularly working with women, children and youth in the vulnerable community.

Skill, qualifications, and experience required:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience working in issues related to gender equity and the inclusion of socially marginalized groups in Nepal.
- Experience in designing GESI frameworks into development projects and ensuring that gender is mainstreamed throughout the entire project cycle.
