The Chiefs should be able to lead their respective portfolios and the team. In addition to relevant qualifications to respective positions, they should have a proven track record of measurable achievements. Experience in the Hydropower energy sector is preferred but not a limitation. Should have 3+ years of proven track record in a senior management position. Domain expertise, planning, strategic management, people leadership, negotiation and problem solving, and change management are threshold competencies for these positions.
The mid-management positions require technical competencies, agility, openness, and a strong desire to grow. 3+ years' respective industry experience is desirable. Evidence of merit should be observed in the career journey.
