Job Specification:
Mid-Career overseer having civil work experience of 5-7 years.
Job description:
- Oversee maintenance and construction activities; allocate resources both labor and materials on a day to day basis.
- Schedule asset inspections work in accordance with government and institutional rules and regulations.
- Report and carry out unplanned tasks as necessary.
- Ensure Environmental Protection measures required on the job are effectively implemented and maintained.
- Conduct financial and operational assessment in consultation with staff and agreed control measures are implemented and complied.
- Ensure Work Health and Safety is practiced in the workplace in accordance with relevant safety standards and government Policy.
