University Grants Commission (UGC) Vacancy for Various Positions: The following vacancies in University Grants Commission (Vishwavidyalaya Anudan Aayog), Sanothimi, Bhakatpur permanent recruitment through internal competition, open / inclusive competition. This information has been published for the information of all those who have duly applied for the office hours within the stipulated time from the Nepali citizens who have reached the qualifications mentioned in the details. Competitive written examination will be conducted by Public Service Commission.
1) Type of Exam:
(A) Written competitive examination, case study presentation and interview for the post of director and deputy director.
(B) Written competitive examination, computer proficiency test and interview for the post of Assistant Director and Senior Assistant.
2) Type of service: permanent
3) Age limit of the candidate: By the last date of application 2078-09-29, the age of the candidate should be as follows.
(A) In case of Assistant Level First Class, Senior Assistant, having completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years,
(B) Officer Level Third Class, having completed 21 years in the position of Assistant Director and not exceeding 35 years,
(G) In case of female candidate not exceeding 40 years,
(D) Officer Level Second Class, having completed 21 years in the post of Deputy Director and not exceeding 45 years,
(E) There is no age limit for the permanent employees of this Commission.
Last date to apply:
Within 21 days (2078-09-29) from the date of first publication of this notice and within 7 days in case of double fee. Educational qualification, certificate of inclusion, training, experience and service period obtained after the last date of application 2078-09-29 will not be valid. If there is a public holiday on the last day of application, the application can be submitted till next day.
Application Fee:
(A) Rs. 1500 for the post of Officer Level First Class Director; Rs. 1200 / - for Officer Level Second Class Deputy Director post; I have allocated Rs. 1000; For Assistant Level First Class Senior Assistant Post Rs. 800; And in case of candidate applying in the inclusive group, an additional fifty percent of the prescribed fee for each additional inclusive group will have to be paid.
(B) The application fee shall be deposited in the name of University Grants Commission from Rastriya Banijya Bank, Sanothimi Branch or any other branch of the bank in Account No. 1730100000214001. The original voucher should be submitted to the Financial Administration Branch of the Commission and the receipt received from there should be attached with the application.
(C) The application fee of the applicant whose application is rejected due to non-receipt will not be refunded.

Salary and Facilities: To be as per University Grants Commission Staff Rules, 2078.
Trial period: 6 months for female employees and 1 year for male employees.
