Position: Principal
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement the educational policies and integrate core guidelines into each class curriculum
- Create and track benchmarks for students and teachers and follow up on their progress
- Develop and implement a teacher-student enhancement plan
- Create an environment free from any bias in which students can achieve their maximum potential
The candidate must have
- Minimum M.Phil. Degree or equivalent (Preferably in Education)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as the Principal/Vice Principal in a reputed school
- Good moral character and no criminal record (police report)
- Must have excellent computer knowledge and public communication skills
- Must be visionary in leadership, school development plan formulation, and implementation
- The idea of modern innovative teaching methodology must be able to train teachers accordingly
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
