Udayapur Cement Industries Limited Vacancy for GM (General Manager):
Notice regarding the recruitment of the recommendation committee constituted for the appointment of General Manager (GM) of Udayapur Cement Industry Limited, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Government of Nepal:
Since the vacant post of General Manager in Udayapur Cement Industries Limited will be filled through open competitive competition; This notice has been published within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of publication of this notice by the interested Nepali citizens with the following qualifications for the information of all concerned regarding the formal application at Government Industries and Institutions Branch, Singha Durbar, Kathmandu, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies. No action will be taken on the application received on time or before the due date.
1. Qualifications and Experience:
A. At least a bachelor's degree in public administration or management or economics or law or engineering from a recognized university or chartered accountancy.
B. At least 5 years of work experience in the related field.
C Not disqualified as per Section 4 of the Directive on Appointment and Nomination of Public Body Officials of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply, 2077 BS.
D Reached the age of 35 and not exceeding 65 years on the last date of application.
Note: For the purpose of notice of this vacancy, “Experience” means at least a Deputy Secretary or equivalent in a public institution or organization or university established with a full or partial investment of the Government of Nepal or the Government of Nepal or under the United Nations system. Explain the experience of working in the post above or in the cement industry or other large or medium industries at least in the position of the full-time managerial officer at the departmental level.
2. Documents to be submitted by the applicant along with the application:
A. Copy of educational qualification, certificate of Nepali citizenship in the format as per Schedule 2 of the Directive on Appointment and Nomination of Public Body Officers of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply, published on the website of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply www.moics.gov.np. Candidates will have to certify and submit copies of personal details and experience documents. The self-declaration form of the prescribed format available on the website along with the application form should be certified and submitted by the candidate himself.
B. With the application, the candidate will have to submit a copy of the business action plan with a maximum of 5,000 words for the good operation of Udaipur Cement Industry Limited. Such a business action plan should be typed only once on A4 size white paper. Business Action Plan can be written in Nepali or English language.
C. On the first page of the business action plan, the name, surname, contact number of the candidate should be mentioned and signed by the candidate himself.
D. Except for the first page of the business action plan, the candidate's identity should not be indicated on any other page or by any kind of sign, symbol, or letter.
3. Presentation and interview of a business action plan:
Candidates on the shortlist will have to submit their professional action plan on the specified date and time. Candidates should be present for the interview at the specified date, time, and place along with their educational qualifications, experience, and other relevant documents.

6. Other details:
A. According to this notice, the Ministry may cancel the advertisement with or without giving any reason.
B. The rehabilitated person will have to submit the letter of consent received from the body where he is working to apply for the post of General Manager of Udaipur Cement Industries Limited.
C. If the applicant is found to have submitted false details or documents, the application will be canceled at any time and action will be taken as per the prevailing law.
