With the financial and technical support of Devghat Rural Municipality and Heffer Project Nepal, a Tripartite Dimension for Prosperity (Agriculture and Livestock Entrepreneurship Development Project) is required for the operation of the posts mentioned above. Details

1. Program coordinator

Post No .: 1 (one)

Minimum qualifications and work experience:

• Having graduated in Agriculture, Veterinary, Sociology, he has worked for 3 years in community and value chain of goat, milk, and vegetables.
• Experience, knowledge, and skills in planning, budget management, project implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Knowledge, skills, and experience related to small farmer empowerment and entrepreneurial partnership program.
• Knowledge and skills related to staff management and mobilization, training management and facilitation, report writing.
• Participation of women and youth in agriculture and livestock-based businesses and entrepreneurship and special capacity in social mobilization Must be able to coordinate with local government and other stakeholders.
• Computer skills (Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
• The program coordinator must be in the project area for at least 80 percent of the time.

2. Technical Coordinator

Minimum qualifications and work experience

• JTA on the veterinary subject. Passed JTA and has at least 3 years of work experience in a related subject.
• Having technical and creative skills in increasing the production and productivity of agriculture and livestock.
• To be able to work in coordination and cooperation with the local government and other stakeholders.
• To be able to plan, conduct and monitor technical training.
• Computer skills (Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
• The technical coordinator will have to be based in the project field.

3. Accountant

Post No .: 1 (one)

Minimum qualifications and work experience

• At least 3 years of work experience after passing +2 in Commerce.
• Proficiency in basic accounting principles.
• Having computer-related skills. Experienced in accounting software.
• Knowledge of accounting report preparation, statistics, analysis, budget formulation.
• Experience and knowledge of local government accounting system.
• Experience and skills in local government accounting system.
• Ability to visit project site regularly and coordinate and liaise with the municipality as required.

4. Community facilitator

Number of posts: 5 (five)

Minimum qualification:

• At least 3 years work experience in community development and goat, milk and vegetable value chain by passing +2 or equivalent.
• Self-reliance group formation and operation related and knowledge skills.
• Independent training facilitation and management and social mobilization skills.
• Proficiency in women and youth empowerment, group management, and social mobilization.
• Has special knowledge to motivate the community to earn income through the development of agriculture and animal entrepreneurship.
• Must have a permanent residence within Devghat Rural Municipality.

(2) Service facility: shall be as per the rules of the project.
