Notice regarding Municipal Police recruitment in the agreement
As the details are to be appointed on contract till the end of Ashad 2078, applications have been requested from interested Nepali citizens. Application forms can be obtained from the website of the office and from the office during office hours.
1. Position: City Police (Nagar Prahari)

- Level: 5th Assistant Level
- Required No.: 1 (One)
- Required Minimum Academic Qualifications: Minimum 10+2 (PCL) or Equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
- Exam Fees: Rs. 700 (Seven Hundred Rupees Only)

2. Position: City Police (Nagar Prahari)

- Level: 4th Assistant Level
- Required No.: 1 (One)
- Required Minimum Academic Qualifications: Minimum SLC or Equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
- Exam Fees: Rs. 500 (Five Hundred Rupees Only)
- The place to Work: As per the rule of Tokha Municipality
3. Position: City Police Jawan
- Ads No.: 01/077/078
- Required No.: 15 (Fifteen) - 10 for Open Competition and 5 for Women Quota
- Required Minimum Academic Qualifications: Literate
- Exam Fees: Rs. 300 (Three Hundred Rupees Only)
- The place to Work: As per the rule of Tokha Municipality
- Selection Process: As per the procedure 2076 related to operation and management of Municipal Police in Tokha Municipality
Age Limit:
- For City Police Fith and Fourth Level: Minimum 22 Years completed and not exceeding 50 years of age at the last date to apply.
- For City Police Jawan: Minimum 18 Years completed and not exceeding 45 years of age at the last date to apply.
The place to Submit application and application Fees: Tokha Municipality, Revenue Branch (Rajawa Shakha)
Deadline to Apply: 2077-05-17 (In case of leave on the last day of application, till the next day when the office is open)
Salary Scale: As per the similar position of local level employees.
Documents to be attached with the application form:
- Certified copy of Nepali citizenship
- Copy of educational qualification certificate
- Certified copy of experience documents
- Certificate of health certified by an approved physician
For the post of Municipal Police, Assistant Level V and Municipal Police Assistant Level IV, at least a junior officer in Nepal Police, Armed Police Force, National Investigation, or Nepal Army or similar posts should have retired. Candidates who do not pass the written test will not be included in the next round. Will be determined after the date of written examination and interview.
