Tinau Mission Development Bank Vacancy for Various Positions:

Tinau Mission Development Bank Ltd., a rapidly growing development bank providing a wide range of modern banking and micro-finance services with a focus to be a leading development bank; seeks application from highly motivated, result-oriented & dynamic professional Nepali Citizens having a positive attitude and zeal to work in a team for following job positions for Lamahi, Tulsipur, Kawasoti, Bardaghat and Banstari (Palpa).

1. Job Position: Branch Manager (Jr. Officer/Officer/Sr. Officer)

NO. OF VACANCY: Few

Job Requirement

  • Bachelors' degree (Masters' preferred) in management from a recognized university with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a bank or financial institution.
  • Candidates should have good exposure in operations, credit, and relationship management and have the ability to lead a diverse team effectively, demonstrate a strong sense of work ethics, and have a strong drive with a demonstrated willingness to take on challenging targets.

2. Job Position: Supervisor/Senior Assistant                                              

NO. OF VACANCY: Few

Job Requirement:

  • 10+2/Intermediate (Bachelor preferred) in management from a recognized university with minimum 2 years of work experience in bank or financial institution.
  • Candidates should have good exposure in operations or credit department along with sound knowledge of regulatory compliance.

3. Job Position: Assistant                                                                           

NO. OF VACANCY: Few

Job Requirement:

  • 10+2/Intermediate (Bachelor preferred) in management from a recognized university with minimum 1 years of work experience in BFI or related field.
  • Candidates should have good exposure in operations/credit along with sound knowledge of regulatory compliance.

4. Job Position: Trainee/Junior Assistant                                                  

NO. OF VACANCY: Few

Job Requirement:

  • +2 management with minimum 50% marks or CGPA 2.5 at all levels from SLC (or equivalent) onwards
  • Age not below 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.

5. Job Position: Messenger

NO. OF VACANCY: Few

  • Candidate should be literate and age should not exceed 35
