Due to the need to recruit staff on a contract basis for the vacant positions at Tikapur Hospital, the following positions need to be filled according to the standards set forth in the "Standards for the Management of Doctors and Health Workers on Contract Basis, 2077" (Second Amendment 2079). Eligibility Criteria:

1. Nationality: Must be a Nepali citizen.

2. Minimum Qualification: Candidates must have the required qualifications for the respective positions from a recognized educational institution or university in Nepal, as specified in Schedule 6 of the "Nepal Health Service Regulation, 2055".

3. Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 to 45 years old for Fifth Level positions and 21 to 45 years old for Ninth and Seventh Level positions.

4. Professional Registration: Candidates must be registered and renewed with the relevant professional council and not be disqualified by prevailing laws.

Application Procedure:

Eligible candidates must submit their application forms via email to [email protected]. The application forms can be obtained from the hospital's website at www.tikapurhospital.gov.np. Applicants must pay the application fee by depositing the amount in the account number 1000200010000 (Office Code No. 3500277027) at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Dhangadhi Branch, under Revenue Title No. 14229. The fees are NPR 2,000 for the Ninth Level, NPR 1,200 for the Seventh Level, and NPR 700 for the Fifth Level. Only applications sent via email will be considered in the selection process.

Application Deadline:

Applications must be submitted via email within 7 days from the date of this notice's publication by 4:00 PM. If the last day of submission is a public holiday, applications can be submitted on the next working day. Late applications will not be considered.

Required Documents to Attach with Application:

1. Completed application form with a passport-sized photo attached in the specified place.

2. Copy of the receipt for the application fee payment.

3. Candidate's personal details (CV).

4. Copies of educational qualification certificates.

5. Copy of the certificate of registration with the relevant council (including renewal).

6. Copies of experience certificates.

7. Copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate. (All documents must be scanned and submitted in PDF format via email.)

Selection Process:

The selection will be made through written and interview methods, according to the "Standards for the Management of Doctors and Health Workers on Contract Basis, 2077" (Second Amendment 2079), which was approved by the Ministry of Social Development, Sudurpaschim Province.

Services and Facilities:

Selected doctors and health workers will receive remuneration according to provincial government rules, and other services and facilities will be as specified in the contract.

Written and Interview Dates:

Relevant information regarding the dates for the written and interview exams will be published on the hospital's website, www.tikapurhospital.gov.np. Only candidates shortlisted will be invited for the written and interview exams. Candidates must bring original documents to the interview.

False Documents:

The candidate will be subject to action according to prevailing rules if any submitted documents are false.
