VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Tigers Brewery Industries Pvt. Ltd. is an established Beer Factory at Rupendahi, Nepal having its motto to provide superior quality beer in the Nepalese market with its quality brands. The Beer brands manufactured by the company are of the International level. In order to strengthen our manufacturing team, we are looking for competent and result-oriented people for the following position.
Position: Brew Expert
Roles and Responsibility:
Quality and hygiene are the key elements of the organization. To this end, the Brew Master at the factory should be able to set standards and formulas for all its brands. He/she should have a depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems led out along the lines of ISO 9000 which are strictly adhered to, controlling quality at every stage of production, from raw material to the finished products. The BrewMaster should able to use the laboratory in such a way that these beers should have been tested as per the standards led down by the European Brewery convention on 40 different parameters. By these standards, the company beers should be just equal but even surpass Dutch and American Beers.
The BrewMaster is also responsible:
- As a production manager and technical manager who is able to make the organization of all production departments and solving problems of beverage and brewery.
- Commissioning of brewery and training all staff in production and laboratory so that he/she can transfer his/her knowledge to the subordinates.
- To prepare manuals for production and laboratory and set the standard for good quality, best-operating practices and organize all departments and also responsible in implementing ISO and other relevant standards
- For promoting product quality and taste of the beer to match customer satisfaction and should have the capability to compete with other manufacturers which will lead to achieving medals from International organization and committee.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum graduated in brew and malting with a master from any reputed international University.
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in the international reputed brewery
- The candidate should have an ability to demonstrate that he/she is able to mindshare, knowledge sharing and willing to transfer all knowledge and technology to the company.
