Government of Nepal, Teacher Service Commission (TSC) - Shikshak Sewa Aayog Vacancy Madhyamik Taha -2078 - Since the open and inclusive competitive examination for the secondary level, third class, teacher post of the community school has to be filled permanently; This advertisement has been published for the interested candidates who have reached the following minimum qualifications to apply online from the Commission's official online application system https://online.tsc.gov.np.
1) Type of examination: (a) Written examination (general and thematic) (b) Interview
2) Conducting exams:
(A) Date and time of conducting written examination (general): 2078-12-15 at 11:00 am.
(B) The date of written examination (thematic) shall be fixed at the time of publication of results of general examination.
(C) Date, time and place of interview: The result of the written examination (thematic) will be specified at the time of publication.
3) Examination Center: Morang of Province No. 1, Dhanusha of Province No. 2, Makwanpur of Bagmati Province, Kaski of Gandaki Province, Dang of Lumbini Province: Surkhet of Karnali Province and Kailali District of Far Western Province. Other details will be published later on the Commission's website.
4) Application Fee: Rs.1000 / (at the rate of additional Rs.600 / - for each inclusive group).
5) Last date to apply: 2078-09-29.
6) Date of application by paying double fee: By 2078-10-06.
7) Age limit of the candidate: 18 years of age and not exceeding 40 years of age till the last date of application.
8) Application Method (How to Apply):
The advertised post will have to be applied through online application system. Applications can be submitted through the online application system at the Commission's official website https://online.tsc.gov.np and detailed information regarding the application submission method can be viewed on the Commission's Website (add: user manual link).
9) Bank and method of submitting application fee:
After submitting the form from the online application system of the Commission, click on My Application - All application. Then click on the Pay Button of the advertisement you have applied. In Bank Option, choose one of the options from Rastriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank Limited. After selecting the bank, go to Offline Payment, click on Next and click on Voucher Generate. After that you have to print the voucher and go to the concerned bank with the same voucher and pay the prescribed amount. Admission letter can be viewed and printed only after payment verification.
10) Application Fee Submission Period: -
The application must be submitted within the time of banking transaction on the day after the last day of application and in case of submission of application by paying double fee, it must be submitted within the time of banking transaction on the day after the last day.
11) Minimum qualifications required for a candidate: -
(A) Nepali citizen.
(B) Not disqualified as per Rule 10 of the Teachers Service Commission Rules (with amendments), 2057.
(C) Passed Bachelor level or similar examination in the related subject from a recognized educational institution and completed at least 10 months training in education subject. However, even if they have not received training in Science, Mathematics, English, Office Operations and Accounting and Computer Science, they will be able to apply for the post of Teacher as per this advertisement.
(D) Social studies subjects include economics, history, rural development, geography, civics, politics, philosophy, ethics, psychology, anthropology, sociology, population education and health and physical education.
(G) Obtained permanent teaching license of secondary level.
(F) Additional provisions regarding teaching permit: -
- Those who have obtained the educational qualification as per case (c) and have obtained permanent teaching license without opening the subject may be candidates in the related subject.
- Those who have obtained thematic permanent teaching license can be candidates only in the related subject.
- Those who have obtained the teaching license of social subject by obtaining qualification as per case (c) in the related subject can be candidates in the examination of economics and health subject as per this advertisement.
- In case of Sanskrit subjects (Language, Shuklayajuveda, Grammar, Justice and Literature), a person who has obtained permanent teaching permit in Nepali subject can also be a candidate.
(G) There shall be no age limit for the candidate working for the post of permanent teacher.
H) Candidates will not be allowed for the post of teacher of the same level.
12) This advertisement shall not be considered as the first advertisement for the purpose of sub-section (3) of section 39 of the Education (Eighth Amendment) Act, 2073.
13) Documents to be uploaded: -
Citizenship Certificate, Recent Photograph, Signature Sample, Teaching License, Minimum Qualification Certificate, Inclusive Group Opening Certificate and Training Certificate will be scanned and uploaded in PDF format at the place specified by the online application system. The candidate himself should be fully responsible for the details mentioned in the application and the documents submitted.
14) Additional documents to be submitted by inclusive candidates: -
(A) In relation to Adivasi / Janajati, in case of caste listed in Nepal Adivasi / Janajati Utthan Rashtriya Pratisthan Act, 2058, on the basis of the same list and if there is more than one surname within the caste listed in that Act, on the recommendation of the concerned local level chief. (B) In the case of advertised Madhesi groups, the Government of Nepal has published information in the Nepal Gazette regarding Madhesi, Adivasi / Janajati, Dalit, Backward Class or Non-Minority Muslim community living in Terai-Madhesh. Documents certifying that they are a Muslim community and if not specified, on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level, a document certifying that they are Madhesi, Adivasi / Janajati, Dalit, Pildavarg or minority Muslim community residing in Terai Madhes.
(C) In case of Dalits registered by the National Dalit Commission on the basis of the same list and if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the Commission, on the recommendation of the concerned local level chief, a document certified by the Chief District Officer as a caste within such caste.
(D) In case of disability, identity card of disability certified by the concerned body (Social Welfare Council, Women's Development Office and concerned local level).
(E) With regard to backward areas:
Mentioned permanent residency in Achham, Kalikot, Jajarkot, Jumla, Dolpa, Bajhang, Bajura, Mugu and Humla districts and certificate of citizenship obtained from the district concerned and at the time of application from the concerned local level; Proof of permanent residency in the same place must be submitted.
15) Additional information regarding advertisement: -
(A) The competition for this advertisement, and the selection will be at the state level.
(B) Candidates of open and inclusive groups will be selected through the same examination.
(C) Adivasi / Janajati; In Terai-Madhesh: Candidates from Madhesi, Adivasi / Janajati, Dalit, Backward Classes or Minority “Muslim or Dalit groups” can only contest as candidates from any one community. But this provision will not be applicable in case of women.
(D) If there is a demand from the concerned body to add posts within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement, the addition may take place.
(E) The duration of double duty shall not be calculated for age, educational qualification and training purposes.
(F) An application which has not been submitted within the time limit prescribed by the Commission or does not meet the minimum qualifications or other specified details has not been disclosed or the prescribed fee has not been paid or any condition has not been met.
(G) If there is any information that a candidate has submitted false details (documents), the application of such candidate will be canceled at any time and action will be taken as per prevailing law.
(H) Candidates who are unable to write on their own due to disability (visually impaired, 'C' category low vision and both hands unable to move (disability) will be required to sit for the examination as Assistant Writer. Permission may be granted by the Education Development and Coordination Unit of the residing district or district where the examination center is located.
Cannot be retained as a contributing author. Such assistant writer should have passed the prescribed level only one year ago.
(I) Equivalence shall be determined in respect of educational qualification of foreign educational institution.
(H) Only candidates who pass the written examination (general) will be allowed to participate in the thematic examination.
