Teachers Service Commission (TSC - Shikshak Sewa Aayog) published the annual working schedule (Calender of Vacancy, Written Examination, Written Exam Result, Interview, and Final Result or Recommendation).
The functions of the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) are mainly to recommend the selection and promotion of teachers based on the merit system, to provide teaching licenses to those who want to teach, to prepare and approve the curriculum for the examination of teaching positions and teaching licenses, and to make suggestions to the Government of Nepal regarding the services, conditions, and facilities of teachers.
Even in the education policy issued by the Government of Nepal, priority areas have been determined to recruit teachers based on the ability, competence, and efficiency of individuals and to attract good human resources from various faculties. With the increase in the need to make the teaching and learning done by teachers timely, technology-friendly, and high-quality, the Commission has felt the need to do more work in the field of teacher selection. Accordingly, the Commission has also prepared to refine itself. Which is also a continuous process. Based on the mentioned basis, the commission is performing its work by considering quality education for development, growth, and change and the selection of qualified and competent teachers for this as the basis of vision. There is a need for everyone's cooperation and goodwill to carry forward the commission's work in a fair, credible, transparent, and reliable manner.
