Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Master's degree in Project Management/Construction Management/Set-up of Branded Hotel
- At least 5-8 years of professional experience in Branded Hotels
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Efficient coordination with the principal architect and consultant
Salary: Negotiable
