Post: Office Cleaner

As a member of the Ground and Building Team of the Swiss Embassy, ​​the Office Cleaner will clean the Swiss Embassy's office room and do other work assigned by the office.

The diligence and friendly demeanor of the office cleaner will help in the work achievement of the ground and building team.

The Office Cleaner shall be subordinate to the Office of the Swiss Embassy five days a week at the time specified by the Office and in accordance with the instructions given by the Head Office Cleaner.

  • Thoroughly clean all the rooms of the embassy office and keep the goods in the same place
  • To provide clean drinking water at the desks of all the staff of the Embassy.
  • Order to see if you have the necessary cleaning equipment for your work.
  • Give tea or coffee to the guest/visitor of the embassy if anyone requests.
  • Other work is done by other offices.

Technical Proficiency (Skills):

Good knowledge of office hygiene, at least 2 years experience working as an office cleaner; Speak and write fluent English and Nepali fluently; Received training in related subject from a recognized institution.

Social Efficiency:

Good communication and sociability, able to fulfill their responsibilities independently and do the work assigned to them, able to make positive contributions by working together in the team they are involved in, being aware and competent about gender and social diversity; Able to work with multi-ethnic teams.
