Age Limit:
(1) For managerial positions: Applicants must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 45 years of age.
(2) For officer positions: Applicants must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 40 years of age.
(3) For assistant positions: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years of age.
- Female applicants will have an additional five years added to the upper age limit. However, the age limit will not apply to those with six months of experience in the microfinance sector. The term "age" refers to the age reached by the last date of application submission for the respective position.
Work Area: The work area will be within the operating region of the financial institution.
Probation Period and Benefits: As per the rules of the financial institution.
