Educational Qualification:
(A) Senior Assistant: Passed proficiency certificate (10+2) level, or similar examination from a recognized educational institution, and gained experience in the field of microfinance.
- Age Limit: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
- Type of Position: Permanent after 6 months trial period.
(B) Assistant Level: Passed proficiency certificate (10+2) level, or similar examination from a recognized educational institution and gained experience in the field of microfinance.
- Age Limit: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
- Type of Position: Permanent after 6 months trial period.
(C) Junior Assistant: Passed SLC / SEE or similar examination from a recognized educational institution (Special training and acceptance for those with experience in microfinance).
- Type of Position: Permanent after 6 months of service and 6 months of probation.
- Age Limit: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
