Required minimum educational qualifications and experience and skills
- For Senior Manager (IT): Passed ME/MSc IT/MIT/MCIS Or Equivalent Degree from a recognized educational institution. Preference will be given if working experience in the IT department of the bank and financial institution/company.
- For Manager (CA): Graduated as Chartered Accountant from a recognized educational institution. Experience will be preferred. Preference will be given if the working experience of a bank and financial institution/company, or accounting firm.
- For Assistant Manager (IT): Passed BE/BSc IT/BIT/BCIS or Equivalent Degree from a recognized educational institution. Preference will be given if working experience in the IT department of the bank and financial institution/company.
- Assistant Manager Trainee: Must have passed BCom/BBS/BBA or Equivalent Degree from a recognized educational institution and must have received a certificate of at least 3 months or 75 days or 180 hours of basic computer training. Preference will be given to those who have working experience of microfinance institutions and have obtained driving licenses of motorcycle/scooter.
Age Limit: Should have completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years on the last date of submission of application. But in the case of female candidates, they should not exceed 40 years.

Shortlist: Among the applications received for the written test, a shortlist will be published based on the eligibility specified by the financial institution. The selected applicants will be informed about the date, time, and place of the examination on the notice board of the financial institution's central office and on the financial institution's website (www.swbb.com.np).
Examination Fee: Candidates shortlisted for the written examination will have to pay Rs.1,000 (literally one thousand only) in cash for the examination fee when they come to collect the admit card for the written examination. The exam fee will not be refunded if the candidates who have received the admit card do not come to join the exam.
Syllabus: The syllabus of the examination will be updated on the website of the financial institution.

According to the rules, he will be assigned to the office designated by the financial institution as a probationer/trainee.

c) One copy of the citizenship certificate, educational qualification and merit certificate, computer training certificate, work experience certificate, and any other certificate certified by the office of a notary public,
d) A copy of the Equivalence Certificate if there is a certificate of educational qualification passed from an educational institution outside Nepal.
