Eligibility Criteria
For Assistant (Level-4):
- Educational Qualification: 12th Class or equivalent passed
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role in the microfinance sector
For Deputy Assistant (Level-4A):
- Educational Qualification: SLC/SEE or equivalent passed
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role in the microfinance sector
Common Requirements:
- Skills: Basic computer operation, motorcycle/scooter driving license
- Age Limit: 21 to 35 years (40 years for women)
