Minimum Educational Qualification: Must have passed at least SLC or equivalent from a recognized educational institution/board. Candidates who participated in the SEE examination conducted by Nepal Examination Board must have secured a minimum GPA of 1.6 (Grade 'D').
Age: Must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 35 years of age on the last date of application submission. However, for women, the age limit is up to 40 years.
Experience: Preference will be given to those with experience in managing and conducting center meetings in microfinance financial institutions.
Training: Must have a certificate of basic computer training.
Driving License: Preference will be given to candidates holding a motorcycle/scooter driving license.

(b) Field Concept
(c) Practical Examination on Computer Operation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet, etc.)
(d) Interview
Shortlist: Among the received applications, a shortlist will be prepared based on the qualifications set by the financial institution. The shortlisted candidates will be notified about the examination date, time, and place through the financial institution's website www.swbbl.com.np.
Syllabus: The syllabus for the written examination will be published on the financial institution's website www.swbbl.com.np.
Examination Fee: A fee of Rs. 500 must be paid when collecting the admit card for the written examination. Only candidates who have paid the fee will be allowed to participate in the written examination. The paid fee will not be refunded.
Encouragement: Residents of the financial institution's working area and family members of client members are encouraged to apply.
Selection Process: Based on the results of the written exam, field concept, practical examination on computer operation, and interview, selected candidates will be appointed as trainees (interns) according to the needs of the financial institution. Other suitable candidates may be kept on a roster and called for training as needed.
Training Period: The training period for trainees (interns) will be six months. If performance is unsatisfactory, actions will be taken as per the financial institution's prevailing employee service regulations. During this period, only a trainee allowance will be provided, and no other facilities will be available. Only those with satisfactory performance will be appointed on a probationary basis as per the financial institution's rules.
Work Location: Selected trainees must be willing to work in any office assigned by the financial institution during the pre-service training (internship).
