Sustainable Tourism for Livelihood Recovery Project Vacancy for Driver:
The Sustainable Tourism for Livelihood Recovery Project is a joint project run by the Nepal Tourism Board and the United Nations Development Program to assist in the rehabilitation of the tourism sector.
The project will focus on providing short-term employment opportunities to the vulnerable and at-risk communities in the tourism sector for their livelihood, especially in the current context of an urgent need for livelihood opportunities.
Similarly, the project will initiate various activities to assist in the long-term rehabilitation of the tourism sector. To this end, the project will assist in the development of human resource development by creating sustainable employment and livelihood opportunities in collaboration with the public and private sectors, support in building tourism-based enterprises, strengthening information based on the tourism sector, management of information and digital technology, promotion of domestic tourism and macroeconomic restoration strategy. In addition, the project activities will be reflected in the concept of sustainable tourism towards the promotion of a green economy.

Experience:
- Obtained a recognized heavy and light driving license and at least 3 years of experience;
- Have a thorough knowledge of vehicle laws and regulations as well as experience in Vehicle Repair;
- Physically and mentally healthy and not eye weak;
- Disciplined and sociable;
- Willing to drive long distances;
- Speak and understand Nepali and English well;
- For the safe operation of the vehicle, it is essential to have full knowledge of the rules and regulations to be followed in case of an accident.
