Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Vacancy For Various Positions: Senior Supervisor, Supervisor, Senior Assitant, Assistant, and Junior Assistant
With the objective of uplifting the living standards of women through microfinance, Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, headquartered at Putali Bazaar-1, the headquarters of Syangja district, required to recruit staff for the 14 new branch offices to be opened in the near future. Applications are invited from interested Nepali citizens who have reached the required minimum educational qualifications.
Details:
1. Position: Senior Supervisor

Required Minimum Qualification:
- Candidates must have completed PCL Level (10+2) or equivalent courses
- Priority will be given to the candidates who have at least 3 years of working experience as a branch head in the bank and financial institutions.
2. Position: Supervisor
- Ads No.: 2/077/078 (Branch Head)
- Required No.: 28 (Twenty Eight)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates must have completed PCL Level (10+2) or equivalent courses from the recognized educational institutions.
- Priority will be given to the candidates who have at least 2 years of working experience as a branch head in the bank and financial institutions.
3. Position: Senior Assistant

- Required No.: 17 (Seventeen)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates must have completed SLC / SEE and at least 3 years of working experience as Assistant or Junior Assistant Level in any bank and financial institution.
- Priority will be given to the candidates who have at least 1 year of working experience as a branch head in the bank and financial institutions.
4. Position: Assistant

Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates must have completed SLC / SEE and at least 3 years of working experience as Assistant level in any bank and financial institution.
5. Position: Junior Assistant

- Required No.: 55 (Fifty-Five)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates must have completed SLC / SEE (incase of SEE - must have Grade D)
Age limit: 18 years completed and not exceeding 35 years in case of age for the above-mentioned posts (5 years is added to the upper age limit in case of female candidates).
Service: Permanent service including 1 year probationary period in the post of Senior Supervisor, Supervisor, Senior Assistant. Can be recruited on contract with 6 months training in the post of Assistant Junior Assistant and can be made permanent as per requirement.
Salary and other facilities: As per the rules of the organization.
