Suryagadhi Rural Municipality (Gaupalika), Office of Rural Municipal Executive, Chokde, Nuwakot, Bagmati Pradesh, Nepal notice about inviting Enterprise Development Facilitator (EDF) service contract application
As per Article 5 of the Program Operating Guidelines for the Implementation of the Small Enterprise Development Program (MEDPA) for Poverty Alleviation, the posts of the Enterprise Development Facilitator for the Fiscal Year 2077/78 have to be filled in the service contract as per the details. Eligible persons are invited to submit the application along with a copy of their certificate in the form prescribed by the Rural Municipality within 15 days of the first publication of the details.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
(A) Diploma course in Enterprise Development Facilitator from the Center for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) or
(B) Enterprise Development Facilitator Ship Test Level 2 or 3 recognized by CTEVT Center for Technical Education and Vocational Training or
(C) Passed the Technical Entrance Examination (TSLC) on Enterprise Development Facilitator Accredited by the Center for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT)
Age: at least 18 years and not exceeding 40 in the case of women and 18 years in the case of men and not exceeding 35 years.
The applicant should not have been disqualified by law.

Type of Selection: The applications received in this Rural Municipality in accordance with the Technical Staff Management Procedure, Section 4, Sub-section 32 of 2077 BS will be evaluated and listed by the Article 5 Committee on the basis of the following.
A) Educational Qualification- 60 (sixty) marks, for the special category- 60, for first-class- 55, for second class- 50, for third class- 45, (based on the calculation of marks of Tribhuvan University)
B) Due to work experience - 10 (ten) points per year at the rate of 2 points, certified details should be attached.
C) To the local residents as follows - 10 (ten) points, residents of the concerned Rural Municipality - 10 points and residents of the concerned district - 5 points
D) Maximum 20 marks in interview
