| Senior Assistant (Branch Head) - Few | Must have proficiency certificate level / 10 + 2 or above and have 3 years of work experience in the field of microfinance. Special priority will be given to those who have passed the undergraduate level and have 2 years of work experience in a lower post. |
| Junior Assistant (Trainee) - Few | Must have passed SLC / SEE or similar. Special preference will be given to those who have passed the proficiency certificate level / 10 + 2 or equivalent and have 2 years of work experience in the field of microfinance. |
Required Minimum Eligibility: Applicants who have completed 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age. In the case of female candidates, the maximum age for both the advertisement numbers will be 5 years. Applicant should have a Nepali citizen, computer (office package), email/internet-related training. In addition, special grants will be given to the candidates who have obtained motorcycle driver's licenses and are working in microfinance financial institutions.
Note: The application should be accompanied by a copy of the educational qualification and experience certificate and biodata. Also, in order to affect the selection process, the applications of the candidates for telephone inquiries and inquiries and the applications that have not been duly received within the stipulated time will be automatically canceled. The financial institution shall have the right to prepare a shortlist of applications received and to cancel some or all of the applications for examination purposes.
Type of Examination: A shortlist of applicants will be published and selected from the interview examination. The date of the interview will be announced by publishing a public notice.
