Social Mobilizer Position Open in Sunwal Community Development Center

With the financial and technical support of United Mission to Nepal, Sunwal Community Development Center, Nawalparasi, to implement the
Community Reconciliation and Dialogue Project to reduce domestic violence in Palhinandan Rural Municipality, is in need of experienced, honest and skilled female staff with the following educational qualifications within the scope of the project as mentioned below. Applications are invited from citizens.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilize and strengthen community groups.
• Foster community development and social empowerment.
• Engage in effective communication and advocacy strategies.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders for community development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of two years of experience in social development work.
• Proficient in community mobilization and empowerment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and organize community initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Location: Palhinandan Rural Municipality (Wards 1, 2, and 3)
• Gender: Female applicants only.
