Sunrise Bank Limited is a fast-growing "A" class commercial bank with diversification to various areas of function and expansion aims to increase the pace of quality growth in the coming days. In order to support the Bank's strategy of an exponential growth plan, the Bank would like to request for applications from competent Nepalese candidates in positions mentioned below. The respective candidates should have innate qualities including but not limited to team player, positive attitude and passion and confidence to strive for quality performance.
1. Head Province Office - 3
Managerial level
- Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial Bank with at least 5 years of experience in Branch Management.
- Should have good exposure in branch operations, credit, and sales.
- Should have at least a Masters' degree in Management/Economics with 2nd division marks from a recognized university.
- The selected candidates can be placed in any Province office of the bank.
2. Head Internal Audit -1
Managerial level
- Candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Candidate must have a minimum 5 years' experience in Auditing of Commercial Bank with thorough knowledge of NRB Directives, BAFIA and other relevant rules and regulations to banking.
3. Internal Audit - Few
Supervisor/Junior Officer Level
- Candidate must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 1 year in auditing for Junior Officer Level.
- Candidate must have at least Bachelors's degree with 2nd division marks from a recognized university and 2 years of experience in the Internal Audit Department of a Commercial bank applying for Supervisor Level.
- Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of banking operations.
4. IT Department - 1
Managerial Level
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of working experience in the IT Department of a Commercial bank.
- Should have at least a Bachelor's Degree with 2nd division marks from a recognized university in a related field.
- Excellent knowledge, ability to work independently with Core Banking Software
5. Branch Managers - Few
Officer Level
- Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Commercial Bank with at least 2 years of experience in Branch Management.
- Should have good exposure in branch operations, credit, and sales.
- Should have at least Bachelors's degree in Management/Economics with 2nd division marks from a recognized university.
6. Relationship Managers/Operation In-charge - Few
Supervisor Level to Senior Officer Level
- Candidate must have at least 4 years of working experience in Commercial Bank
- Candidate must have good exposure in core operations/credit/sales.
- Should have at least 10+2 or equivalent degree with 2nd Division marks in Management/Economics for Supervisor level and Bachelors' degree with 2nd division marks in Management/Economics from a recognized university for the candidates applying for Junior Officer and above positions.
Note:
For all position mentioned above:
- Candidate must be working at the same position or one positon below with at least one year of experience in a current position to apply in the desired position.
