Sundarharaicha Municipality, through the Nepal Urban Governance and Infrastructure Project, is seeking to fill the following position through a service contract for projects conducted within the municipality and other necessary office tasks. A. Required Minimum Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's Degree in Highway/Transportation Engineering/Structural Engineering with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in planning, designing, project management, construction supervision of roads/highways & stormwater drainage or other infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with the World Bank's 'Guidelines Procurement of Goods Works and Non-Consulting Services' is essential.
- Experience in bilateral or multilateral or development partner-funded projects such as World Bank, ADB, etc.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Proven track record in planning and designing municipal roads infrastructure for urban cities.
- Minimum General Experience: 7 years.
- Minimum Specific Experience: 5 years.

E. Documents to be submitted with the application: Photocopy of citizenship, photocopy of educational qualification certificates, and experience certificates.
