Requirements:
- Hold a graduate degree or equivalent.
- Have at least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a two-wheeler.
- Have a permanent residence in Kailash Rural Municipality, with priority given to such candidates.
