With financial and technical support from the United Mission to Nepal, Nawalparasi Cluster, Sunwal Community Development Center, Nawalparasi, invites applications from experienced, honest, and skilled male employees from the Muslim community within Palhinandan Rural Municipality. The project aims to implement the Community Reconciliation and Dialogue Project to reduce domestic violence within Palhinandan Rural Municipality. Qualified Nepalese citizens with the following educational qualifications are encouraged to apply as specified below.

Post: Field Coordinator

Number: One (Muslim community male only)

Work Areas: Palhinandan Rural Municipality wards 1, 2, 3 & 4

Office Location: Sunwal-1, Shanti Tol

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Minimum qualification of Intermediate (Class 12) and at least 2 years of experience in social development.
• Knowledge and experience in local government and community development.
• Experience in construction, maintenance, and development work.
• Experience in community dialogue, social harmony, conflict management, and religious tolerance.
• Skills in program management, planning, and implementation with necessary knowledge of the local context.
• Experience in health, sanitation, nutrition, and gender equality programs.
• Knowledge and experience in local issues and cultural sensitivity.
• Capability to facilitate community participation and local leadership.
• Skills in communication, cooperation, and partnership development.
• Writing and reporting skills in Nepali.
• Knowledge of social inclusion, and understanding of the challenges faced by marginalized and minority communities.
