We are seeking highly competent, experienced international project manager at Sprout Technology Service Pvt. Ltd. for immediate hire in this role:

- As Project Manager, you will be the communication bridge between American/European customers and Nepalese workers.
- You will need to be able to quickly understand project's inputs and outputs, and all the data transformations required along the way using the client's direction to own accuracy and productivity of our workers.
- You will design and deliver training for the cloud team, including the preparing of training materials.
- You will need to manage client expectations of delivery schedules, quality, and throughput, and clearly, communicate standards and expectations with our workforce.
- You will actively participate in day-to-day conversations with the client for continuous improvement.
- Your job will be highly demanding and will require you to take digital calls during Nepali night time, morning time, and throughout the day.
- You will manage capacity by scheduling project hours and managing leave requests, reporting on capacity, time tracking, costs, revenues, etc.
- You will monitor the cloud team performance.
- You will own the financials of the project by managing the monthly billing process and providing monthly projections for each project.
- You will monitor and own project health (finance, volume/accuracy, Pod coordination, client and worker satisfaction).
Experience required:
- 4-7 years Project Management experience working for American, European, or Australian clients.
- English fluency equivalent to a native level for speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Experience managing international projects worth $1 million dollars per year or more.
- Ability to manage multiple financial projects simultaneously using spreadsheets, client tools, and internal tools.
- Strong ability to delegate and empower others.
- Experience in large organizations is good, experience in a high growth organization is best.
- Highly confident, competent, and adaptable.
- Cross-cultural experience a major plus.
