Position: Project Coordinator
The Social Development Public Awareness Center (SODEC) Nepal Rautahat is facilitating the Small Farmers and Youth Entrepreneurship Partnership Project based on Agriculture and Livestock Development in Brindaban Municipality, Rautahat. They are in need of a Project Coordinator and are requesting interested applicants to submit their applications within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice.
Minimum Qualification and Work Experience:
Here are the minimum qualifications and work experience required for the Project Coordinator position:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or Animal Medicine (Veterinary), Sociology or Rural Development with 3 years of experience.
- Special consideration will be given to those who have experience in the value chain of community development, goat rearing, dairy production, agriculture, vegetables, etc.
- Having knowledge and experience in planning, budget management, project management implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Having knowledge, skills, and experience related to small farmer empowerment and entrepreneurship partner program.
- Having knowledge, skills, and experience in related subjects such as leadership ability, staff management, training management, facilitation, and report writing.
- Women and youth participation and social mobilization in business and entrepreneurship based on agriculture and animal products.
- Able to document and report and write reports in coordination with project stakeholders, and local/provincial governments.
- Proficiency in computer Office Package (micro-soft word, excel, PowerPoint, English Nepali typing, and email Internet).
- At least 70 percent of the time should be worked in the field in the project area (field based).
- Able to drive a motorcycle and have a license (those with a motorcycle will be considered).

- Service facility: It will be according to the rules of the project.
