Soaltee Crowne Plaza Vacancy for Engineer and Food & Beverage Manager:

Position: Chief Engineer(One)

Requirements:

Age: Between 35-50 years

Education: Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical/Marine Engineering

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the Engineering department at the Executive level.

Knowledge/Abilities: The candidate is required to have operational experience in Hotels and would be responsible for the efficient maintenance & operations of the Hotel property.

He would also be responsible for the operation of equipment, maintenance/repair services, and protection of the Hotel's assets. Structural aspects of the Hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities, all fall within the span of responsibility. Preventive maintenance and effective administration ability would also be required.

1. Position: Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager-Corporate & Leisure (Two)

Requirements:

Age: Below 35 years

Education: The candidate should be a Hotel Management Graduate or MBA from a reputed Management school.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the hotel industry or in a position of handling administration in a reputed organization.

Knowledge/Abilities: Develop and set revenue sales strategies for the hotel to ensure plans are implemented, results are monitored and sales goals are achieved. Regularly sell hotel rooms, meeting rooms, and food and beverage through direct client contacts.

2. Position: Food & Beverage Manager (One)

Requirements:

Age: At least 25 years

Education: At least 25 years

Experience: 5 to 8 years working experience in Food and Beverage service in any 5-star hotel. Working in a similar position will be given preference.

Knowledge/Abilities: Manage food and beverage operations to ensure quality service and standards while delivering a guest experience that is unique. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning health, safety, or other requirements.
