Job Announcement: Siraha Municipality, City Executive Office Notification for Employee Recruitment on Service Contracts
The Mental Health and Counseling Center in partnership with the Siraha Municipality in Madhesh Province, Nepal, is seeking qualified candidates for the project 'Shakta Women and Prosperous Nepal'. This initiative aims to promote gender equality by empowering women and girls in the Siraha municipality. We invite applications for the following position as advertised in the daily newspaper dated 2081/02/18.
Due to the lack of candidates meeting the minimum qualifications and experience requirements, this notice is being published for the second time. Interested and qualified Nepali citizens are encouraged to apply within three days of this notice with the required documents and payment receipt.
Position: Case Manager (Women Only)

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for the position of Case Manager must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Graduation or equivalent.
- Training: Minimum of 6 months of psychosocial counseling training.
- Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in the field of sexual violence.
- Skills Required:
- Effective case management skills, including providing psychosocial support and counseling to women affected by sexual and domestic violence.
- Proficiency in report writing, data/information collection, and communication.
- Ability to maintain confidential records of client case files, session notes, and other information.
- Capability to coordinate and work effectively with local government, emergency management centers, safe housing organizations, and other cooperative entities.
- Preference: Local and married female candidates will be given preference.
