According to a letter from the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security (Prime Minister's Employment Program), interested Nepali citizens who have reached the following qualifications for the post of Technical Assistant in the Shitganga Municipality have to submit the required details and receipt of payment within 15 days. 1. Minimum qualifications and experience required: -
(A) Passed Proficiency Certificate level or Overseer or Diploma level in Civil Engineering.
(B) Experience and skill: - The following experience and skill will be required.
- Basic computer skills with at least 3 months of training,
- Has at least 6 months of experience working in a team to achieve project goals and magnitude of project cost estimation, supervision, and final cost statement preparation and analysis for construction and maintenance of infrastructure.
(C) Age: - At least 15 years of age and not less than 45 years.

5. Type of selection: - Publication of list of preliminary qualifications and written examination.

- Experience opening document.

7. Service Facility: The procedure related to the filling of technical assistant posts in the municipality shall be in accordance with Articles (11), (12) and (13).
8. Job Descriptions: - The procedure for filling the post of technical assistant in the municipality will be as per Article 9.
