This advertisement is published for the information of all concerned individuals who meet the minimum qualifications specified under Rule 9, Sub-rule (1), Clause (c), and Rule 9, Sub-rule (7) of the Teachers Service Commission Rules (with amendments), 2057, and have received the required training as specified. Interested candidates can apply online through the official online application system of the Commission at https://license.tsc.gov.np/.
Once the personal details and specified documents have been submitted and the revenue fee has been paid during the online application process, no modifications, amendments, or additions to the submitted documents can be made.
It is advised to ensure the accuracy of personal details and required documents before submitting the online application.
If any discrepancies or other issues are found in the certificates submitted by the candidates during the result publication of this examination, such applications will be canceled by the Commission.

Type of Examination: Written Examination (Objective).
Application Fee: NPR 1000/- (One Thousand Rupees Only).
Application Submission Deadline: Bhadra 23, 2081.
Double Fee Submission Deadline: Bhadra 30, 2081.
Age Limit: The applicant must have completed 18 years by the final date of application submission.
Application Mode:
- Applications must be submitted online through the advertisement level's online application system.
- By clicking on the official website of the Commission at https://license.tsc.gov.np/, applications can be submitted through the online application system.
- Detailed instructions for submitting the application can be found in the user manual available on the License Application Portal of the Commission.
Examination Date and Time: Kartik 10, 2081, at 1:00 PM.
Examination Center: Districts under the respective provinces. Further detailed information will be published later on the Commission’s website.
Bank and Method for Application Fee Submission:
- Applicants must fill out and submit the form through the Commission's online portal.
- Before submitting the form, ensure that no details are missing and that all required documents are included.
- After verification, click on "Submit Application Details."
- Once the application fee is paid, no changes can be made to the submitted details, so verify all information carefully.
- After this, click on "Click Here to Pay the Fee." Select either "Rastriya Banijya Bank" or "Nepal Bank Limited" from the Bank Options. After selecting the bank, click on "Get Voucher."
- Once the voucher is generated, print it and deposit the specified amount at the respective bank within the stipulated time.
- For online payment, after generating the voucher, click on the "Pay Online" button on the same page.
- An online voucher will be generated, and payment can be made through Connect IPS, E-Sewa, Khalti, or IME Pay options.
- Select one of these options and then click on "Pay the Amount."
- After selecting the option, enter the Username and password, and proceed with the online payment in your name for the specified amount (single or double fee as per the specified date).
- Ensure that the payment has been successfully processed before confirming your application submission.
- After the application deadline, the Commission will publish a notice regarding the viewing and printing of the admit card.
- Keep your email, candidate code number, and password secure.
Application Fee Submission Period:
The application fee must be compulsorily deposited within the banking hours of Bhadra 24, 2081, by printing the voucher generated from the Revenue Information System by 11:59 PM on Bhadra 23, 2081.
For those submitting the application with a double fee, the fee must be deposited within the banking hours of Bhadra 31, 2081, by printing the voucher generated from the Revenue Information System by 11:59 PM on Bhadra 30, 2081.
However, if the dates Bhadra 24, 2081, or Bhadra 31, 2081, fall on a public holiday, the fee can be deposited on the next working day.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
(a) Must be a Nepali citizen.
(b) Must not be disqualified under Rule 6 (1) (gh) of the Teachers Service Commission Rules (with amendments), 2057, and must meet the qualifications specified in Rule 9 (1) (g) and Rule 9 (7).
(c) Individuals with higher educational qualifications than the specified minimum can also apply.
Documents to be Uploaded:
- The citizenship certificate, a recent photograph, signature sample, transcript of minimum qualification, training certificate, and equivalence certificate (for those who have studied from foreign educational institutions) must be scanned and uploaded in JPEG / PNG format (up to 200 KB) in the specified location of the online application system.
Additional Information Related to the Advertisement:
(a) As the written examination will be conducted at the same time on the same day, applicants must select the province from which they wish to participate in the examination on the application form. However, an individual cannot apply in more than one province.
(b) Applications that are not submitted within the specified deadline, do not meet the minimum qualifications, do not disclose the required information, or do not pay the specified fee, or that are incomplete or submitted with conditions, will not be processed.
(c) The period for the double fee will not be considered for age, educational qualification, and training purposes.
(d) For candidates unable to write due to disability (blind, low vision in 'G' category, or inability to use both hands), the Education Development and Coordination Unit of the district where the examination center is located will permit a writing assistant from the roster, provided the assistant has a minimum qualification one level below the candidate (not having passed a certificate level or equivalent in education).
(e) The curriculum can be obtained by clicking on Download on the Commission's website at www.tsc.gov.np/.
