(A) Certificates of Minimum Educational Qualification along with the application: (a) Certificate of Merit (b) Certificate of Character
(E) Certificate of Nepali citizenship (e) Certificate of relevant council registration (e) Certificate of experience
(A) Two recent passport size photographs should be submitted.
(B) The application along with the receipt of payment of examination fee should be submitted to the administration branch of this center.
(C) Salary and facilities: shall be as prescribed by the Human Organ Transplantation Development Committee.

(D) Transplant Surgery and Hepato (Pancreatic Villiery Surgery Post: Must be licensed or qualified for Liver Transplant).
(E) Special consideration will be given to those who have higher education degrees and additional work experience.
(F) Written Exam Date: Date 2077-04-23 at 12:00 noon.
F) The place to submit an application: Shaheed Dharmabhakta National Transplant Center (Human Organ Transplant Center), Bhaktapur.
Note: If the application is submitted before the prescribed minimum qualification, it will not be included in the examination. Also, if the last day for submitting the form is a public holiday, the opening day of the office will be considered as the last day.
