SEVA Nepal Vacancy for Program Coordinator and Program Administrator

Seva is a global non-profit eye care organization that transforms lives and strengthens communities by restoring sight and preventing
blindness. Sava has been working in Nepal since 1988 in partnership with the Government of Nepal.

We are looking for two highly motivated and experienced dictates who can manned.): growth and lead the Programs and Administration in Nepal. Candidates who have pros and track records on the following responsibilities may apply;

1. Program Coordinator

will be expected to:

• Enhance program coordination and implementation operation
• Ensure quality assurance initiative for the entire program
• Strong program coordination and advocacy
• Establish an effective M&E and Reporting system

Successful candidates must have:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in public health/management or economics community ophthalmology/development management
• 2+ Years of work experience in program Management and implementation
• Experience in program implementation, government liaison, capacity building, partnership management, people and Fund management

2. Program Administrator

will be expected to:

• Liaison and logistical support for the program
• Strong communication with stakeholders
• M&E and Reporting at all levels
• IT support and data management

The successful candidate must have:

• Bachelor's degree in public health 'management or economies/ development management
• +2 years of work experience in communication and administrative support.
• Experience in IT support, data management, and reporting.
