Job Description:
Responsible for implementing all the SLaM activities of a research-based project. This pilot project targets 14 schools of Gurans Rural Municipality, Dailekh. The position holder will contribute to the overall design and be responsible for the implementation of activities related to school leadership and management. Moreover, the position holder will be responsible for collecting quantitative and qualitative data, thoroughly documenting project implementation based on development evaluation in close coordination with Gurans Rural Municipality and international consultants.
Similarly, the position holder will document the achieved results, and effectively communicates findings to all stakeholders for scaling up the proven practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master's Degree in Education, Research Studies, Development Studies, Social Work, or related Social Sciences
- Minimum 3 years (2 years for GSI group) * experience in designing and implementing education projects related to schools including research, and experience of working closely with the government will be an added advantage.
*GSI group includes Female, Dalit, Madhesi, People with Disabilities, and other indigenous/minorities
