1. Position: Provincial Coordinator -TB Global Fund
Required No.: 1 (One)
Term & Location: Fixed-term; based in Provincial Health Directorate, Province # 5, Butwal
Description: Responsible for technical oversight and backstopping of TB programs and training activities to the relevant service delivery points in the province. The Provincial TB Coordinator will work closely with the NTC, Provincial health directorate, Training Center, Supply Center, TB focal Persons, Health offices & SRs in the respective province /district.
Eligibility: Master's degree in Public Health or any other relevant field with a minimum of 3 years (2 years for GSI group•) experience in Public Health Program Management (prior experience in managing TB program preferred).
2. Position: HR & Admin Officer
Required No.: 1 (One)
Term & Location: Fixed-term; Birendranagar, Surkhet
Description: Support in maintaining effective HR & Admin system in place; manage and facilitate field level recruitments and consultants hiring process; support in managing logistics and procurement process and other administrative functions of Field Office; provide technical assistance to partner NGOs in ensuring the compliances of HR & Admin.
Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Management or related Social Science with a minimum of 3 years' (2 years for GSI group*) experience in HR & Admin. preferably at INGOs.
*GSI group include Female, Dalit, Madhesi, People with Disabilities and other indigenous; minorities
