1. Internal Control and Compliance (ICC) Manager

Required No.(s): 1

Term & Location: Fixed term based in the Country Office, Kathmandu with approximately 60% time in field visit

Job Description: Work closely with all level of employees, partner staff as well as other/external auditors for timely delivering high quality, outcome-focused internal audit assignments, reviews, investigations, and other related assignments; produce quality and value-adding reports for audit assignments of different functions, Field Offices and implementing partners I/NGOs to increase efficiency and/or effectiveness of the control systems; ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and donor requirements; lead investigations or provide technical support as required and requested by the management

Eligibility: CA/ACCA, (preferably with master's degree in relevant field) with 7 years (5 years for GSI group*) of professional experience including 5 years of audit preferably of I/NGOs

2. Internal Control Compliance (ICC) Manager, Global Fund

Required No.(s): 1

Term & Location: Fixed term based in Kathmandu under the Global Fund Program with approximately 70% time in field visit

Job Description: Responsible for timely delivering high quality, outcome-focused internal audit assignments, reviews, investigations, and other related assignments for the Global Fund Program; produce quality, value-adding audit reports for the GFATM program covering PR and SRs on sample basis to increase efficiency and/or effectiveness of the control systems; ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and donor requirements; perform investigations or provide technical support

Eligibility: CA/ACCA, (preferably with master's degree in relevant field) with 7 years (5 years for GSI group*) of professional experience including 3 years of audit preferably of GFATM programs

*GSI group includes Female, Dalit, Madhesi, People with Disabilities and other indigenous/minorities
