Program CoordinatorRequired No. (s): 1 Term & Location: Fixed term; based National Centre for AIDS and STD Control (NCASC), Kathmandu Job Descriptions: Responsible for program planning, implementation, and monitoring of HIV prevention, treatment, care, and support related activities of National HIV program; provide technical assistance in development/ revision of treatment-related national guidelines, curriculum, protocols, etc. Eligibility Criteria: Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) or equivalent in related field with a minimum of 3 years of working experience (2 years for GSI groups) in Public Health program including 1 year in HIV program management at national level (Preferable) |
2. Program Coordinator HIVRequired No.(s): 1 Term & Location: Fixed term; based Surkhet, Karnali Province Job Descriptions: Responsible to look after HIV & AIDS program in Karnali Province and manage HIV grant Sub-recipients/CB0s; responsible to provide technical assistance to sub-recipients (SRs) and the Government-run Service Delivery Points (SDPs) for HIVprogram Eligibility Criteria: MPH or equivalent in related field with a minimum of 3 years of working experience (2 years for GSI group*) in Public Health program |
3. Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator- Global FundRequired No. (s): 1 Term & Location: Fixed term; based Surkhet, Karnali Province Job Descriptions: Responsible for overseeing all the M & E related tasks for all the 3 diseases (HIV, TB, and Malaria) program under the Global Fund Project. M&E Coordinator will also provide technical support to SRs, provinces, municipalities, and SDPs on all the M&E related interventions, concerns, and issues Eligibility Criteria: Master's degree in Public Health or equivalent in related field with a minimum of 3 years (2 years for GSI group*) of working experiences Public Health programs including experience in M&E and/or Management Information Systems (preferable) |
4. Provincial Laboratory Officer - Global FundRequired No. (s): 1 Term & Location: Fixed term; based in Provincial Health Laboratory (PPHL), Province 2 Job Descriptions: Provide support to Provincial and Local-level government for strengthening laboratory system, focusing on TB, Malaria & HIV AIDS network and ensuring the quality of laboratory services. The Laboratory Officer will keep tracking & support to ensure the functionality of laboratory equipment, analyze utility trends and support the province and Punka government to improve quality laboratory services in province 2 Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field with minimum of 3 years (2 years for GSI group*) professional experience in a medical laboratory. |
